KCVG - Cincinnati-Covington International Airport, located about 8 miles from downtown Cincinnati, across the Ohio River and actually located in Hebron, KY, CVG is a midsize American international airport, historically known as a Delta hub, and now a central airport for Amazon and DHL's growth plans.
Using ADE and Google Maps, the default scenery has been brought up to date as of April 2021. Uses default buildings, but added the following
-Real world gate numbering, poisitioning, and assignments
-Addition of Amazon Cargo north ramp at the DHL facility
-Real world taxiway layout and numbering
-Taxiway N on south side of field which connects DHL facility and runway 18C has been flattened and graded
-Some taxiway signs are available (work in progress)

I've found an issue:
Taxiway S in between S4 and S5 has a pretty decent deformation that results in a ramp/bump in it as the taxiway isn't flat.

Please check the release notes, I am aware of deformations, struggling to figure it out, I'm not very good at it.

The only comment I would make is that A22 and B5 Gates should show in the Sim as Heavy Gates. There are some Gates that should show as Small as well (albeit I don't know what the Sim defines as "Small")

Understood. I don't use in-game traffic, instead relying on PSXT and RealTraffic, so that parks aircraft depending on radius and airline codes. Looking at the way aircraft cfg files are written it only says "GATE" and "RAMP" so the parking size in regards to naming convention of "small" "Medium" "large" *shouldnt* matter.
HOWEVER, I am happy to troubleshoot this with you in direct messages if you like. I am curious to learn more as to if MSFS will refuse to park what one would consider heavy aircraft at those spots, or if it follows FSX/P3D rules. My bet is it follows parking radius, which I think then the only limiting factor is the game's A380 may be too wide for any of the spots I have.

Thank you so much for the update! This is a massive imporvement.
Looking forward to future versions!

An update to this scenery would be greatly appreciated! The gates all show medium instead of any heavy gates (B5) or small gates.
Thank you!

If you happen to have a listing of which kinds of aircraft tend to use which gates I would be happy to go and update the radius for each. Otherwise if my understanding is correct the naming convention shouldn't matter. I could be wrong, but I believe the only thing is wingspan for parking aircraft.
That said, I see some new satellite imagery is up, I will do what I can to bring this up to date.
