Beautiful livery, Thank you for this registration free version.

Thank you for this! There are just 2 custom liveries (plus 1 stock livery) offered for the Just Flight PA28 Turbo III/IV that allow you to change the reg number to the region/country you are flying in.
Great looking livery, love the fact that the Reg can be set. Wish there were more like this. No Complaints. Only Praise and hope for more.
Thank you for that, well done 😊
Are you able to add a little bit more reflections? That would be a nice improvment 😀
Hello, thanks for this superb and cool looking livery !
May I however suggest something : you should change the registration font from Italic to normal, because, if it looks nice on the left side of the plane, where it bends towards the rear, it looks strange on the right hand side.

This livery is not displaying the custom registration on the exterior of the aircraft anymore (SU7).
Hopefully something you can fix! Thanks!

Hi Jack. Just checked, it's working for me. <sorry :) > I'd suggest you don't have either the post SU7 JF update to v 0.5.0 or my update of this livery post SU7. Does JF's version of the 'Custom' rego livery work ? Next check the unzipping of my install - that you don't have a folder within a folder - that /SimObjects is at the first level within the install folder. Next are you using AddOns Linker ? - that causes lots of issues that get blamed on me at times.

How's this livery with Sim Update 5?
Crankpin author
Hi SoCalPilot It should be fine. As far as repaints goes only the default Asobo aircraft were affected due to their texture folder structure changes. 3rd party aircraft textures were not impacted by that. I'm only speaking for my repaints though , I can't speak for every function and feature of those AddOns. Please let me know if you find something though.

You have understand how these things work. Only today JF published an update for the Turbo Arrows (v0.2.0) and I think when you download and install that you'll notice a marked improvement in the reflectivity and shine. Yes I wasn't entirely happy with how she looked especially in some lighting conditions it wasn't good at all.
I fully expected that JF would work on and improve those issues. If I had done something about that myself and done custom _COMP_ and _NORMAL_ textures then those would have overruled this updated version with/for my liveries. So I didn't and that's now paid off. I'm not saying it's perfect yet but it's much better, those deep shadows along the panel lines in some lighting conditions is toned way down now.
Hey we're all learning, and JF have a wee gem in this aircraft and it just got better.

Hi JOM4021, many thanks for your compliments.
The Registration display - yes I don't disagree, however to a large extent it's out of my hands. If you look at the default JF Custom livery you'll see it suffers from the same niggle. In the first place it's compliments to JF for implementing the default Asobo method of providing a way for you to have a Rego of your choice with a Registration decal built in, not many other 3rd party AddOn developers have managed that yet. I'm using that system as it is currently. Hopefully in the future Asobo will expand it's abilities in time, allowing USER choice of font, styles, size and color - how cool would that be.
Now, the more knowable here might say - but you/I can do that now with modification of the panel.cfg file, but there are two very good reasons not to do that.
1. If JF change/update 'their official' panel.cfg (possibly to fix your observations) , my provided panel.cfg would overrule that, and you'd never see the update.
2. As a re-painter the worse thing I can do is cause any breakages/CTD or such for any user with one of my liveries. If I stick to providing nothing but the livery textures and only that, I run little risk of breaking anything else. Experience has taught us that tinkering with panel and model cfg's amongst other things can have unexpected repercussions.
So for the moment I'm afraid to say it is what it is, and being able to have a user choice of registration number is better than no choice at all.
In general I prefer to do 'real world' liveries and matching font, color, style, size and placement of their registration is no small part of that, I've done two real world versions of this livery JA4044 and N8161J, (both with reverse-italic on the starboard side hehe ) but I do appreciate JF implementing the default USER settable system, it's a good thing, if not yet as good as it can be.

Thanks for this awesome liverie Crankpin.
However, in my MSFS it shows a white rectangle and not the letters I have chosen in the menu... I put everything like your photo shows... Could you help me here?
Crankpin author
Hi jorjys. That probably means you haven't updated your JF TurboArrow to v0.1.1 you can get the update from your JF account page. If you think you have updated check the JF 'Custom' livery - does it work and show a Reg number ?

Just want to confirm this livery works with the new JF Arrow Turbo. I see references to III and IV so just want to confirm.
Crankpin author
Specifically the JF Turbo Arrow IV updated v0.1.1 30May21 (flightsim.to currently lumps the III and IV in one group)
