Quick description:
Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport is a city-owned, public-use airport serving Kansas City, Missouri. Located in Clay County, this facility is included in the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems, which categorized it as a general aviation reliever airport.
What does this scenery package do?
The Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport needed some improvement so I added a couple of custom buildings with additional default secnery assets to help improve the scenery. Overall much of the airport has been tweaked with its taxiways and runway 3/21 beening updated to current airport operations. Finally, this scenery has been customized for people who are using the //42 Skypark product.

It's a brilliant first stab at this really fun airport. Thanks for taking the time to put this together!

This looks very nice thanks! I've been in ice storms in Kansas City. But, despite the picture above, I don't think that they have palm trees there. The SkyPark additions are great!

Thank you; the palm trees are just there to fit the theme of the building/name.

I really appreciate you continuing to work on KMKC. I lived in the KC area many years ago and I love this airport. Spent some time here and at KKCK when it was still there.
