This mod improves the watermasks around the Zürich lake close to the city of Zürich and Rapperswil.
Basically it makes boat landing stages, swimming baths, etc. more visible rather than been sunken below the water level.
Since the terrain of MSFS goes crazy when masking photogrametry in water, all landing stages, swimming areas, etc are flat. Not 3D. But at least they are visible now :)
Furthermore, this mod (since Version 2) also replaced huge parts of the forest areas of Zürichberg and Käferberg/Hönggerberg with "real" MSFS trees instead of the ugly photogrammerty trees.
Should make your experience when approaching LSZH via RWY 34 more realistic :)
Also added some boats. You need the EDHK Lights & Objects Developers Pack (Asset-Pack) to see the boats.
There are also a few moving boats on the lake. You need the Moving Boats 3D Model Library to see them.

Thanks a lot Theoli4d, this is an immense improvement to the default scenery. And looking at the red spikes it must have been an enormous work and effort!
Unfortunately, Zurich is FULL of the ugly, bulky photogrammetric «trees», literally covered with them. They spoil every place, Bürkliplatz, Lindenhof, the whole seaside, some are even on the Safa-Inseli. I know it'll be the job of «Grün Zürich» Department to remove them, but maybe you can help them a little bit in some more places?
Something I noted (and what is even documented by your own screenshots): whereas in the default scenery Quai bridge is ugly and solid brick, but at least a few meters in height, with your scenery it seems to «float» just a tiny little bit above water level. Did you pass (or rather suffer) the Pontonier-RS? 😉

Haha well yeah Grün Stadt Zürich loves to remove trees ;)
But here in this case: The problem is that the trees and the buildings are one object. It's very tricky to remove trees but keep the buildings intact. In most cases pretty much impossible and not worth the effort. I have tried in some areas. It's a nightmare.
Maybe if there will be better tools in the SDK then I can try again.
Quaibrücke is a bit the same: for whatever reason, the geometry of the bridge is really bad and as soon as you start to remove trees around it, it starts to go crazy.
I did not find a way to keep it 3D but without all the ugly spikes.
So therefore I decided to make it flat. It's not "correct" of course but I still felt it looks better than the very ugly spiky strange 3D data of the bridge.

I think if you use a mod by Bijan Habashi, you probably don't need my mod. Having two Zürich mods is probably creating a mess.
