Livery repaint of the German Navy (Marineflieger) TF-104G "Marinefliegergeschwader MFG 2 - Code: 28+10,
durind deployment in 1983.
SSW TF-104G repaint/livery for MSFS2020. Version 1.1.
This livery repaint is revised. The following changes have been made:
1. The red warning triangle has been added to the left side of the cockpit in "Texture.TF_101.PNG.DDS".
2. The "thumbnail.jpg" and "thumbnail_small.jpg" have been new added to the "texture.German Navy MFG 2 28+10".
Thanks a lot for this repaint!! I flew this airplane when I was stationed at 2/MFG2!!
hi Hans-Jürgen, your paints are always a feast for the eyes. Thanks for that.
Thank you! Many memories of my stationing in Eggebeck 1973 (flight operations squadron MFG 2). A livery from the MFG 2 Display Team "Vikings" would be the crowning glory.
Thanks for that beautiful livery.
I worked from 81 until 85 in Eggebeck as preflight engineer.
And I was stationed in Deci as well.
Would be great if someone could repair Egmont (ETME). I tried to get rid of wind turbine in the north.
thanks again
Rudy

I worked on that aircraft as aircraft mechanic for almost 4 years at the MFG2. Looking forward to find the single 104 in a few ... 😉 😀 hopefully

Thank's for your job. I think you have forgotten the red triangle between the two cockpits on the left side ...

It's correct; thanks for the hint. Will correct that in an update v 1.1. Has to revise the "thumbnail" anyway, which is too dark. Nobody is perfect. This also applies to the repaint of the TF-104 MFG 1 - coded: 28 + 23. Please also have a look at the original TF-104G from SSW, the red triangle is also missing in the "Texture.2816".

The TF-104 was not operated as a two-seater by the "Vikings"; only as a single seater. That's why I don't repaint it.

Thank you for your Message. In the "readme.txt" I've written that this TF-104 was written off at 03. March 1986, but I did'nt know the place where it happened.
