H135 - Albacete - Gigante 1 - Single-Pilot Diurno
H145 - Ciudad Real - Gigante 2 - Multi-Pilot Diurno/Nocturno
H145 - Cuenca - Gigante 3 - Multi-Pilot Diurno/Nocturno

Livery HEMS of the Airbus H135 T3 of SESCAM with registration EC-MPK, this helicopter is generally based in Tóledo (Gigante 4) or Albacete (Gigante 1)
Belonging to the operator Babcock MCS Spain operates for the autonomous community of Castilla-La Mancha. (Spain)
Castilla-La Mancha has 4 HEMS helicopters distributed as follows

H145 - Ciudad Real - Giant 2 - Day/Night Multi-Pilot
H145 - Cuenca - Giant 3 - Day/Night Multi-Pilot
H135 - Toledo - Giant 4 - Daytime Single-Pilot
Its definition "Giant" is due to the relationship of the Manchego region with the well-known literary work "Don Quixote de la Mancha" where Don Quixote insisted on fighting against those Giants that turned out to be windmills and it is here where the similarity is acquired. 3 bands between the windmills, the helicopters and the giants of Don Quixote.
During 2020, these air health emergency units carried out more than 2,100 flight hours operating 24 hours a day thanks to the H24 bases that carry out their night work with the help of night vision goggles, a pioneering service in Spain.
This service makes it possible to provide immediate health care and act at different points in the Autonomous Community to provide all citizens with emergency health care under equal conditions, regardless of where they reside.
The fleet, as we say, is made up of four helicopters; the most powerful and advanced on the market designed especially for health emergencies. The professional staff is made up of 24 pilots and co-pilots, 10 mechanics, 23 doctors, 16 nurses and five meteorologists.
Livery:
Redesigned texture model to be more faithful to reality, eliminating the "famous" red color of the main rotor hat and relocating the logos. Operator logos (Babcock) have been included and textures on the belly that did not belong to the SESCAM design have been removed.

I didn't know about the doted service with nightvision glasses, very interesting article. Looks prety cool stationed at Mutxamel airfield hehe. This livery already done by Erik1520 https://flightsim.to/file/14119/3-in-1-spain-sescam-castilla-la-mancha-ec-mos-ec-mot-ec-mpk-8k but it's nice to have one with another air registration. Cheers 😊
