These are scripts for the Wing42 Boeing 247D.
All scripts provide a direct set as well as a toggle or a rotation in both directions.
For most turnable items i provide scripts to map them to an axis. To do so, add an axis in AAO. Select the desired script at Select Simulator Event, eg. Boeing 247D-axis_eng_prop_1 (RPN) and close the dialog by clicking add.
Afterwards open the just added line by a double click. Set Axis min to 0 and Axis max to 100. The easiest way to do so is to double click the value. Now you can use the keyboard to enter 0 or 100. Then save. See images for examples.
A second screenshot gives hints on how to add a mapping for all three trim axis.
If you think: "I don't have the sufficient amount of buttons to map all of them", remember that AAO is capable of voice recognition. Just map function you are using rarely to voice commands.
If you like to use these scripts to manually start the engines:
- Check if the tanks are filled and the machines are in well condition
- Show ladders and cranks
- Operate all switches and levers at least once, i had it that e.g. the Battery seemed to be on (lever pushed) but in deed the battery was off. Battery, Ingnition, Magnetos, Prime Valve, Prime selector.
- Don't forget to prime and to have mixture, prop and throttle set.
- And: Wobble like the hell :-D

Fantastic!!! Thanks so much! BTW - for the throttle bindings, I found the script(s) controlled the animations, but you still had to bind the throttles to standard MSFS axes (as well) for them to work.

Hi Ape42, is it possible to send also the profiles besides the .xml file (like Guenseli). Assigning the scripts of the .xml file to the B247D to get it working in Steam Deck is a "bridge to far" for me. Also the AAO manual how to do this is not very accessible for the average flight simmer. Much appreciated!

Do I get it right? You're asking for a StreamDeck profile for the B247D?
I can't provide one because I don't have a StreamDeck. I'm using the scripts for a Korg nanoKONTROL2.

Prerequisite: You need the Software "Axis And Ohs" (payware).
Download the file and extract it. When the Simulator is startet, Plane is loaded and AAO is running you can import the extracted file into AAO. Then you have to map your Joystick buttons to the actions from the imported file. See the AAO manual for details.
