Greetings pilots,
here comes a nice interior overhaul for the Cessna 414 Chancellor.
Some details about the bugfixes: The metal parts holding the cabin seat headrests are now dark metal and no longer grey with no textures. The missing armrest stitches on the first seat to the left are now fixed.
Details about the interior:
The carpet is now brownish. This is not my texture, it´s from the brown carpet mod. The seats are now beautyful beige. You will notice some rare gothic UK Amanda Clark moon-gazing hare pillows (I personally have these that´s why I implemented them into the airplane). The seat headrests now have a Cessna Chancellor print (this one is from the Raller Cessna Dicom mod). The interior is now made of rootwood and the ugly bulkhead mirror is gone. The interior textures now have a higher pixel per inch density PPI for way more details and more sharp and crips textures (no more 72PPI, but 150-200).
I used the brown-beige carpet from the beautyful carpet mod online on this website, cudos to the modder!
Install:
put the texture files into the folder Flight Sim path ~ SimObjects\Airplanes\flysimware_Cessna_414A\texture into the texture folder. Please don´t forget to make a backup of the texture folder before overwriting or you have to re-install the whole airplane to remove my textures if you want the original interior.
In the next update I will try to make a plug and play mod-folder for the community folder so you don´t have to overwrite anything. But I don´t exactly know yet how to do this and how to create JSON files and I am not yet sure if I can do this, in the meantime just please overwrite the textures inside the Cessna Chancellor texture folder and enjoy :)
edit: The first upload has now been replaced by an enhanced updated version with more beautyful rootwood textures. To have no rorschach-mirror effects in none of the wooden interior parts. And Coca Cola logo is now on the drinking cups.
Enjoy :)
P.S.
I have used the beige-brown carpet mod, and the green curtains and the embossed CESSNA CHANCELLOR logo in the seat headrests from the Cessna Interior DICOM mod. If one of you two modders wish to have these texture details removed from my mod I will do so. But it looks gorgeous and fits perfectly into the interior that´s why I am using both of these mods to have the most perfect result.
Next updates: There is a small brown spot on the seat behind the co-pilots seat. This will be removed. The T-Shirt of one of the female passengers has a writing on it that is mirrored and I am going to correct that.

Nice composition, looks great together with the beautiful cushions...
PS: You don't have to create json-files. Just take the original ones. Importend is, that you have for each texture-file the corisponding jons-file in your upload-folder. Otherwise you get pinkcolored textures as a result.
And one more hint: Your texture files are way too big. For example, one of your files has 800MB while the original has 10MB. So one of your texture-files has more than the entire airplane. You don't do that, because it puts unnecessary load on the PC system.
Size always matters 😉 Of course, if you fix that, you'll get 5 stars.

Hi :)
I have now reduced the texture file size to have flawless camera panning without that one little annoying small stutter always when quickly panning backward. Perfect performance but without reducing or sacrificing any visual quality.
But for the two main texture files I cannot got lower than 490MB main texture filesize because the good-looking details, the small Coca Cola label on the drinking cups and other important visual eyecandy would become significantly reduced, and on my mid-range system there is now zero performance slowdowns with this filesize. When my Flight Sim is running perfectly fluent on a Ryzen 5 2400G Vega 11 it will run perfectly on every other even low-range to midrange computer, therefore sacrificing the beauty of details and high quality textures is not necessary :)
And I can use the original manifest.json and layout.json to create a drag and drop mod folder for the Community folder instead of overwriting the original Cessna 414 texture files? That´s a great tricK I will try it and if it works I can create a drag and drop mod in the next update! Thank you very much for this tip.
