The Armstrong Tower, also known as Alpine Tower, is a distinctive 129.5 meter (425 foot) tall lattice tower featuring three large cross-arms, located atop the Alpine, New Jersey palisades overlooking the Hudson River a few kilometers north of New York City.
This radio mast is the northern end of the Hudson River Exclusion Special Flight Rules Area and a mandatory reporting point of the same route.
In Flight Simulator 2020 all the others reporting points of the route are visible (George Washington Bridge, Intrepid Carrier, Colgate Clock, Statue of Liberty, and the Verrazzano Bridge) but this tower was totally missing so I decided to model it.
I didn't find a lot of references for this tower so it may be not true to live, but it's almost the same height of the real one, and it does the work as a reporting point.
This model include some red blinking obstacle light.
To install just unzip and move in the Community Folder
Enjoy!

Thanks for this addition - I flew the SFRA in the sim a few weeks ago and was disappointed that this tower wasn't there. Much appreciated!

Thanks for creating this important landmark. It looks great! The only change I might suggest is to desaturate the colors a bit. Armstrong Tower's paint is far from fresh.
