BN2-2A Stol Air N403JA Trislander repaint request
requested by chrisjake and 6 others
As always my work is free to use if you wish to modify to a similar livery, or change of registration / owner where the livery is in the main exactly the same (just colour changes) movement of details, BUT please acknowledge this original work.
V1.3 new information recieved from a contact where in 1978 this particular aircraft had yellow tipped spinners, not white, now corrected in the repaint.

Looks great, but I'm wondering if the logo on the left side of the aircraft (tail and in the text) can match the direction on the right side. Kind of a "shark fin" going forward through the water. I suspect it's reversed on the left side. Otherwise, looks fantastic!

Hi Sean your observation has merit I agree. But during my research for just that detail I have not managed to find one photo to illustrate that. Whilst doing other repaints I have come across so schemes that do mirror this and a lot more that did not. If anyone has more information to support this mirror imaging I will gladly change. On this particular aircraft there are very few photos, the one posted in the forum for the request was missing the flash lines on the right engine, but a better detailed photo o found showed that it had them and the engine cowl had been changed at some stage and only the rear chest lines were visible. As I said lets get evidence to the mirroring and I will gladly change the detail. I love things to be as accurate as possible.
