This mod is only intended for simmers who use external hardware controllers for the G1000.
This is a simple mod that retrofit the Working Title G1000 NXi in the Black Square Steam Gauge Overhaul - King Air 350i. The G1000 Nxi replace the two GNS530 in the virtual cockpit screens and popout, but it does not provide the G1000 based with controls in the virtual cockpit, thus it is only to be used with external hardware controllers for the G1000.
This is a real life use case as older King Air are eligible to G1000 NXi retrofit :

*** NOT WORKING ***
- Virtual cockpit implementation of G1000
*** WORKING ***
- Everything provided you can control the G1000 with external hardware
--- Mobiflight Events for controlling G1000 buttons works as expected
--- Engine parameters gauges for King Air in vertical gauges (normally round gauges, to be updated eventually)
--- Speeds marks and limits in PFD automatically taken from aircraft config files
--- Correct and complete Crew Alert System in PFD which represent exactly the analog annuciators system from the Black Square Steam Gauge Overhaul - King Air 350i
The Black Square Steam Gauge Overhaul - King Air 350i is a huge step forward from the default King Air, with this G1000nxi implementation it gives complete control to cockpit builders.
INSTALLATION
- Unzip and move folder "bksq-aircraft-analogkingair" to your MSFS community folder and say ok to replace all files.
- Files updated, original backup files are also provided :
PANEL.CFG and panel.xml from "\Community\bksq-aircraft-analogkingair\SimObjects\Airplanes\bksq-aircraft-analogkingair\panel"
AnalogKingAir.xml from "\Community\bksq-aircraft-analogkingair\SimObjects\Airplanes\bksq-aircraft-analogkingair\model"
- When the aircraft is loaded, you need to select the 2 GNS 530 with the weather radar panel configuration (see Black Square documentation, there is a two switches on the lower right side of the copilot panel). The two GNS530 screens will show the G1000 PFD and MFD, just pop out the panel in separate 2D windows with ALTGR+Right click as per MSFS procedure.

I guess it's in the description. Look at picture #4 to understand, this is for using the King Air in a home cockpit for G1000 hardware...
