Here is a thorough paint kit for the awesome DHC-2 Beaver!
PLEASE NOTE: This is split up into two files, one containing the main paint kit complete with Blender files, base PNG textures and UVs for both the exterior and interior of the plane (yes, the float too). The second file is optional, it contains Photoshop files of all relevant textures structured into three layers, the base, UV and an empty paint layer for you to do your work on.
The paint kit file is almost 1gb in size to download (little over 1gb unzipped), whereas the optional Photoshop file is a bit over 1gb in size to download (a whopping 3.5gb unzipped!).
The main reason the files are so large is because the developer, Blackbird, uses 8K resolution for many of its textures!
If you wish to have a "cleaner" livery, you can download ANN0V's white livery file and simply swap out the textures I have, get it here: ANN0V's Beaver white livery
I used 7-Zip for ideal compression to keep them as small as possible for maximum download efficiency. If you don't have 7-Zip, get it here: https://www.7-zip.org/

Thanks for the work on this. Is it possible to do a repaint with just Photoshop?

Yes, it's possible to just use Photoshop, but it would be a lot of trial and error and it can be tedious. The only way to test that would be to convert for use in MSFS and check it out and go back and make more adjustments. I strongly suggest learning how to use Blender as a previewer. Just update links in it to see your work and make adjustments on the fly.
