CSCVL (Clube São Conrado de Voo Livre) is actually a paragliding/hang gliding take-off ramp that statnds on the base of Pedra Bonita. There is no actual strip on real life, but there is also no paragliding on MSFS, so I had to adapt.
After taking off you can either circle the area doing some sightseeing (you can even go to the Cristo Redentor statue and back, wich is CSCVL's "perfect conditions" default flight) and land on São Conrado/Pepino beach strip (CSCVL's official landing spot), or take advantage of sailplanes flight endurance and try to reach an airport; you have SBJR (Jacarepaguá aeroclub) to west, SBAF (Affonsos airfield) north or even SBRJ (Santos Dummont regional airport) to east.
This pack can also be used for STOL practices! Use the reverse side of the launch strip or the São Conrado beach strip (both sides), as they're both short and harsh on the approach.
I've updated the file to tweak the runway's profile and ended up adding some life to the strips. I've also placed a totally fictional helipad on Pedra da Gávea for "emergency" rescues.
IMPORTANT
The strip is actually very short so it's impossible to use a tow-plane to takeoff.
After selecting a glider on the "Aircraft Selection" tool on the "Free Flight" menu, there will appear a new "Launch Method" tab, just bellow "Weight & Balance".
You should select either european (yellow) or skydrive (blue) winches.
COMPATIBILITY
You must have original MSFS database at least on the "Pedra Bonita" and/or "Pedra da Gavea" sections of Rio de Janeiro scenery. I'm currently using RioMegapack but I had to delete the folder containing this area to get the airport going.
UPDATE
It's now easier to takeoff using both MSFS gliders.
The strip is now more acuretly pointed to the real ramp position.
If you wish to take this soar in real life, take a look at CSCVL's website: https://cscvl.com.br/
A special thanks for trfsto and theirs "windy things" pack and "flag repainter" tool I used to make the content's custom flags
Have fun gliding around in Rio!
