This livery is a Douglas DC-3 in a polished aluminium version, without any other markings, except the anti-glare black painting on the nose.
Although Microsoft/Aeroplane Heaven have included a "Pure Metal" livery with their DC-3, I find it to be a bit too dark in my opinion, and the primary flight controls are not as reflective as the rest of the fuselage; so I have tried to make the aluminium look more realistic by modifying the colours and the composite materials of the existing metallic parts, and adding those properties to some new parts, like the propellers and the spinners as an example.
There are two versions available: a Passenger variant (Pax Left Door) and a Cargo variant. Both variants are available with either the classic cockpit or the retrofit (GPS) cockpit. When you click the "Download" button at the top of the page, choose the correct file corresponding to the version that you would like to have.
Please leave a review if you enjoy flying with it! :)

It'd be nice if you lost your attitude, but here we are. If you were capable of reading you'd know exactly which model this is for..

While your model looks nice, and can certainly be any representation you wish, as it is from your creative mind. The control surfaces were not covered in aluminum, and that is why they are represented as they are in the original ASOBO presentation. I agree that theirs is too dark, but as you can clearly see in this actual polished variant, the control surfaces are canvas covered and therefore dull in contrast to the rest of the aircraft. Should you choose to go back to those duller surfaces then you will certainly have a fairly accurate representation. I should add that I also have a few liveries on flightsim.to, as well, that are not quite accurate representations of reality! https://youtu.be/DuKg0O2Naq0

Thanks for your comment; you are indeed correct on the point you have mentioned. I have based my livery on the (rare) pictures of fully polished DC-3 available online, and even though control surfaces are not as polished as the rest of the fuselage, they still look way more polished than in the basic Aeroplane Heaven livery. I agree I could have make them maybe a little less reflective, to make the difference noticeable, but as I created this livery as a "generic" livery (no specific reg), I decided that I liked it better with shinier flight controls.
I may do another more realistic version, if I find the time. :)
