This folder contains a repaint for the North American P-51D by Aeroplane Heaven. I've depicted P-51D #44-72922 L2-W "Scat VII", the last aircraft flown during WW2 by Robin Olds of the 434th FS, 479th FG. He was an ace on both the P-38 and P-51 with 13 victories in total, the only pilot to achieve this. All his aircraft were named Scat #, after his West Point friend Scat Davis, who washed out of pilot training due to bad eyesight. His last aircraft, Scat XVII, a F-4 Phantom, is preserved in the Air Force museum. Scat VII is still airworthy, and based in Antwerp, Belgium as OO-RYL.
