Introducing the GSX Profile for ENGM Oslo Gardermoen made by ORBX.
FEATURES
I have put into a lot of hours into this profile, and been so lucky to have irl ground crew and pilots cooperate with me on this one to get it as realistic as possible. This profile includes all gates, remote stands, cargo stands and de-icing pads. All stands features:
- Accurate ground handling and catering companies
- Accurate stop positions
- Accurate, custom and realistic pushbacks (as possible)
- Accurate and realistic vehicle placement
- Passengers walking from the terminal through the jetways or stairs to the plane.
KNOWN ISSUES
PUSHBACK: It has not been possible to make all pushback procedures realistic, as Oslo Gardermoen sometimes drag the plane on the pushbacks and as GSX does not have this feature implemented yet(?); some few pushback procedures have been replaced with pushes going straight backwards. Most of those replacements are at the east-pier.
REMOTE DE-ICING PADS: I have decided to not include any "parking system" at the remote de-icing pads as you would have a person in a car wave you to the stop marker irl. Therefore I have made the radius for where the de-icing menu is available at the pads to be drastically big - to ensure that you don't have to park perfect in order to get it to work.
VEHICULAR BEHAVIOR: GSX's vehicles are as most of us know, not perfect with their driving abilities - they go through buildings and whatnot else. I've prioritized the aesthetical and realistic look with the vehicle placements, rather than how they behave when you ask for a service where they start moving to position.
NOT ALL STANDS ARE FINISHED: Military stands and GA/Private Jet stands are not finished in this release. They may or may not be finished within some time. Reason behind this is that there usually are very few if any vehicles parked at those stands.
INSTALLATION
Extract the .RAR file and move the .ini file to %APPDATA%\Virtuali\GSX\MSFS
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Based on feedback by testers, I have been told to write the aircraft code designators rather than what aircrafts may use the different pushback types available.
AIRCRAFT CODES WINGSPAN TYPICAL PLANES
A <15 m PIPER PA-31 / CESSNA 404 TITAN
B 15 m but <24 m DASH 8-FAMILY / CRJ-FAMILY
C 24 m but <36 m BOEING 737 FAMILY / AIRBUS A320 FAMILY
D 36 m but <52 m BOEING 767 FAMILY / AIRBUS A310 FAMILY
E 52 m but <65 m BOEING 777 FAMILY / BOEING 787 FAMILY / A330 FAMILY
F 65 m but <80 m BOEING 747-8 / AIRBUS A380-800
EXPLANATION OF THE PUSHBACK LABELS:
There are two pushback "types", there is the "Straight-Push" and "Turn-Push".
Both names pretty much do describe themselves, but if it is confusing the "Straight-Push" means you will get pushed straight backwards, and you'd have to do a 90* or a 180* yourself with the plane - this is common at Oslo Gardermoen. Example of a label of this one is:
"Straight-Push (CODE D)"
Here you get pushed straight backwards, and you would need a aircraft with the code being D.
The "Turn-Push" means you will be pushed and turned into the direction you choose. Example of this can be:
"Turn-Push WEST (CODE D, E & F)"
Here you will be turned and pushed with the heading being towards west. Here you would need a aircraft with the code being D, E or F.

Nice work with all the Pushbacks and Passenger Walking Points! Wished there was a VDGS Option.
But can't really share the

VDGS was not implemented as the scenery uses Nools VDGS. Which gate was the vehicles clipping each other?

Is not working here. Have the correct path added in the ini-file

Was really excited for this airport, and more importantly a GSX profile to bring it to life. This is awesome, thanks a lot. Btw, can I request an Air China livery for the PMDG 737-800. No one has made one yet, that isn't a special livery variant, and I really like the one you made for the Fenix. Once again, great job 😊
