Here is CPP8 Montréal/Passport Hélico Héliport. Located in the suburb at Mascouche Airport, Montréal Passport helico is a flight school with a fleet of 19 helicopters Robinson R22, R44, R66, and Airbus EC30. The Scenery is from Google Earth Decoder tools by u/Jonahex111. All Credit goes to Google Earth Data for the free data and the 3D imagery.
Work great with sim update 11 and "World Update XI: Canada" in the offical MSFS content manager.

-4 working parking helipads (Pad 1,2 & 3: 38' diameter, Pad 4: 40' diameter, (pad P: 20' diameter is disabled with a Static Helicopter on top of the 3D photogrammetry)

P.S. Please let me know if the scenery is affecting FPS performance, I might have few options here to reduce the work load. On my end I don't see any issue but I'm running a RTX4090 with a bottle neck 5 year old CPU... (The formula 1 Engine in a pickup truck lol)
