This folder contains a repaint for the de Havilland DH-82 Tiger Moth by Anthony Lynch. It shows DH-82 Tiger Moth R5246 G-AMIV was built in 1940 and served with the RAF as R5246 until 1951, when she was sold to Short Brothers in Belfast, who used it as a training aircraft as G-AMIV. In 1961 she went to the Rochester and Ulster Flying Club, was used for a while as a crop duster, before going in storage around 1973. In 2005, it surfaced again, ad in 2006 a much needed restoration was started, which resulted in it taking to the air again in 2010. In 2018 it was acquired by Richard Santus' Aeropartner, and is based at Podhorany Airfield in the Czech Republic with DH-82 N9503. Repaint by JanKees.

Hi Buddy!!! Great to see all these Moth liveries - many thanks! Just one tiny thing ... the thumbnail for this one's wrong (it got me all confused, LOL!). It's showing the red G_ACDA. Cheers - Adam.
