Thanks, very much for rememberung our nation!
Yes, Chile has a small detachment of 10 Lockheed Martin F-16C/D Block 50 and around 30+ F-16AM/BM built by Fokker according General Dynamics A/B version and Netherlands AF specifications. These are the most of our Vipers.
What you call "low visibility livery" is the one applied to F-16 C/D Block 50. That is a very special livery, unique to our Vipers, designed by the Fuerza Aérea de Chile, FACh, which I'd say makes our Vipers the most beautiful in the world; and that scheme is quite similar in tones to that used by the Vipers of Poland AF, which were very close to Chile's in production line, but used P&W F100 engines (Chilean Block 50 Vipers use GE F110 engines). but is not the same.
The other kind of livery was imported from Netherlands with all the AM/BM models and has no specific modification except the blue rudder and the white lonely star, the red and blue aegis in the wings with the white star, and the code numeration of the FACh, but in general terms is the USAF standard two-tones gray scheme used for the "A/B".
At least, as far as I know, we do not have C/Ds in that "low visibility scheme"! It is only applied to ex-Netherlands AM/BMs
