This bushtrip is inspired by a 1957 timetable of Air Vietnam (from the collection of Björn Larsson), airline compagny of the short-life republic of Viet Nam. So the journey uses the airports delivered by this compagny, and thanks to the courtesy of foxybr, you will fly one of the DC-3 of the compagny in the sky of the Viet Nam (it's a required download).
You will fly 7 pretty short legs (maximum 1 hour) in South Vietnam. In order to highlight the incredible reliefs of this country, you will take-off at twilight. You may be suprised, but this will be a live weather, because you will encouter many different skies, from the clear one, to a misty weather which challenges you to land. POI are usually visible even with a misty or cloudyweather
Airports where you fly will be : VVPB - VVDN - VVPK - VVPC - VVTH - VVNT - VVCL - VVTS
You will start Cold & Dark from a parking spot on each leg (quick start : ctrl+E). To end a leg, shutdown engines, battery and set the parking brake. In the earlier version, only the parking brake is necessary in order to end a leg. You start legs on the runway, but you might need to restart engines.
I plan to do similar bushtrip, follow me if you like this one and if you want to be noticed when a new one will be published. If you like this trip or if you have any suggestion, feel free to write a commentary.
Thanks to BuffyGC for 'Bushtrip Injector' and to Alexander Barthel for 'Little Navmap'. If you want the possibility to choose the plane, the weather, the time of day and the season (and some other goodies), then you should take a look at the experimental program - MissionChanger - on this website (also created by BuffyGC).
