Norseman 'Belle Dame' livery of IRL restoration project in North Holland - contains both normal, bush tyres and float variants
Reviews
Beautiful paint! Great to see some more Norseman liveries!
One issue, though: The US insignia should only be on the upper left and lower right wings. Right now I'm seeing insignia on both wings, with the upper right wing star-and-bar smaller than the left.
Also, if there are any links to the restoration, would be interested in learning more about the real plane.
Thanks!

This livery was the first livery of Norsemans delivered to the USAAF in 1943. The silver was the last layer of dope (so no paint layer) to make reparations in the field easy. Later on, the olive drab was applied as final layer. The Norseman owned by the Dutch Norseman Foundation will be in these colors (including the invasion stripes).
The 8th airforce used the Norseman to suport troops very close to the front line with supplies and evac of wounded soldiers.
