The Port Authority Police (N67WT) was one of 2 Bell Helicopter Textron model 222's owned by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and operated by the Port Authority Police Aviation Unit in the 1980's.(See the utility variant N65WT here).
The Aviation Unit was based at Teterboro Airport in Bergen County, New Jersey. The unit had three pilots, three mechanics, two maintenance supervisors and an operations agent. Citing tough economic times and lack of need, the PAPD permanently grounded it's Aviation Unit in 2010 and sold it's helicopters. The Port Authority also operated the Downtown Manhattan Heliport (Manhattan, New York) until the lease expired in August 2007 and at one time operated other heliports in Manhattan, but gave up their leases over the years...
You must have the CowanSim Bell 222B model installed for this livery to work.
To fly, just unzip and move it to your MSFS community folder.
