Hurlburt Field Air Force Base (KHRT) - Featuring static aircraft based at Hurlburt from John Young (MAIW) and Andy Carroll (AIG)
Hurlburt Field is a USAF base in Mary Ester, FL located just West of Fort Walton Beach. The base is the headquarters of the 1st Special Operations Wing as well as Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC). Aircraft based here include the CV-22B Osprey, MC-130J Commando II, AC-130J Ghostrider, MQ-9 Reaper, and U-28A Draco. The airfield includes recreated ramps, runway, night lighting and stock scenery objects as well as a few custom objects to bring the airport to an acceptable level of detail. There are no additional libraries required other than the default MSFS objects and USA World Updates. To install simply unzip the file and then copy both folders into your MSFS Community folder.
Airport information including the airport diagram is available here: https://www.airnav.com/airport/KHRT
I would like to thank again the following developers for granting permission to use their models created for Hurlburt Field:
John Young (MAIW) - AC-130J, MC-130J, MC-130H, and CV-22B models
Andy Carroll (AIG) - U-28A Draco model
*These static aircraft were created for FSX and converted for this MSFS project. Because of the differences in graphics engine and PBR textures the static aircraft textures look darker than they were intended. The inclusion of these models is intented as a stop-gap until MAIW AI Aircraft are hopefully fully converted to MSFS standard and added into the sim. The statics are included in a separate BGL file named khrt-statics.bgl that can be deleted if you wish to remove them. Personally I think they are better than nothing and will serve their purpose until military AI can be added to MSFS.

This effort is a major start to East coast Naval training representation on the east coast in MSFS. With this scenery there's a start for the area.
