Coburg-Steinrücken (EDQY).
This airfield is the second one in or near Coburg. This one's located around 5 km south of the bigger airfield Coburg-Brandensteinsebene.
Two things stand out on this airfield. One, a road is crossing the runway around midfield and is controlled by traffic lights. Two, the runway itself is very bumpy and has got a lot of humps. I had several pictures as reference to give the runway it's proper appearence. And even though it might seem over exaggerated, believe mit it isn't...
The ICAO is: EDQY
The runway's dimensions are 700m x 25m.
You got 2 runway starts for engines already running, as well as 3 parking spots for cold-and-dark state of the aircraft.

But now that it has been "tuned up", of course I have to visit it 😊
I also like the fact that there are no longer so many dependencies regarding the databases.
Thanks Chris for this sweet airfield 😊

A tiny thing - there seems to be a single runway marker (Dachreiter) at the right side ahead of rwy 25 (prior the dirt road/Feldweg) which looks lost and like it shouldn't be there. Also there is meanwhile great streetview images from the road north of the runway - from threshold 25 including crossing the runway at the traffic lights where one can perfectly see how it looks in reality.
Keep up the great work!
