Continuing the brazilian airlines serie; Paraense was a trouble airline that got famous for their many accidents. While it operated many C-46s and DC-4s, two DC-3s (both C-47s) were also part of the fleet of the northern airline, and curiously these two airplanes went through 3 crashes, 2 of them of the BTU. Even after that the PP-BTU is today partially in display on top of a house in the city of Belém.
The airline served commercial flights from 1952 until 1970.
