Fokker F28 MK 4000 PH-JHG Prototype
The textures presented here need the Justflight F28 Professional payware installation.
The F28 MK4000 PH-JHG is a prototype aircraft. It originates from the first build Fokker F28 MK 1000 that flew in May 1967. Later in 1971 the fuselage was lengthened and by that the PH-JHG became a MK 2000. Some years later the Fokker company evaluated the installation of wing leadingedge slats and the PH-JHG lengthened and slatted wings were introduced and the type was certified in 1973 as a MK 6000. Production of the MK 6000 was however limited to 2 aircraft. The PH-JHG was later only used for testing of MK 4000 specific test as performance, with locked slats, was similar to the MK 4000. In its final days the PH-JHG was modified again to carry the modern electronic EFIS equipment that was planned to be used on the Fokker 100 that was under development at the time. The cockpit was only partially modified, for these tests, with the EFIS glass displays on one side and the original analog cockpit on the other side. The aircraft fuselage has always kept its MK 2000 fuselage with a single emergency exit over the wing.
The exterior textures presented here represent the PH-JHG as it flew with the modified cockpit. The flightdeck is however not modified. You can create this unique situation using the well-known Sim Innovations Air Manager program.
