Alaska Airlines PMDG 737-900ER N402AS - "Icicles“ Livery [REQUESTED]
As requested, here is Alaska Airlines’ N402AS, in it’s original livery, the classic ‘Icicles’.
This 737-990ER(WL) was manufactured and delivered to Alaska Airlines in 2012, MSN 41189. In 2014, the aircraft was retrofitted with split scimitar winglets, and kept its original livery (i.e. was not updated with either the dark blue design or with the new winglet design), until 2020 when it was repainted in the current Alaska colours.
This livery includes it in its original iteration, with SSW.
Features:
- A detailed recreation of the real life aircraft, with correct logos, colours, fonts and decals.
- Complete with it’s FAA registration and airworthiness certificates.
Issues:
- There is one decal missing, a small red/white/blue flag type symbol adjacent to the forward passenger door, exclusive to N402AS. I couldn’t find a single photo with high enough resolution to work out what it is, so if anyone knows then I’d be grateful so I can update it.
Installation:
- Via the PMDG Operations Center, install via PTP
Additional
- Included in the pack is a simple Alaska ‘Eskimo’ wallpaper for PMDG's EFB tablet - should replace the original png in ...\Community\pmdg-aircraft-739\html_ui\Pages\VCockpit\Instruments\PMDGTablet\pmdg-737-900\Assets (Always remember to create a copy of the original file. This loads independently of any livery)
Your comments are always welcome, relatively new to the livery business so always hoping to improve, and if you like it then I'd be very grateful for your review. I hope it matches the expectations of the requestor!
