This mod applies exclusion polygons to areas covered in water in order to uncover them. It also removes erroneously placed trees around water areas. No scenery objects were added.
This mod fixes the following issues to the default scenery located in Santa Cruz County, California, USA. I do not use other freeware or payware in the area, so I don't know if this conflicts with other third party mods.

- Removed water exclusions around the boardwalk to make compatible with the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk scenery by TheWhiteArcades

- Fixes issue of various roads and bridges erroneously being covered in water
- Uncovers Santa Cruz Wharf
- Makes visible all docks at Santa Cruz Harbor and Woods Lagoon
- Removed trees from boardwalk area

- Increased visibility to rock formations at Greyhound, Pelican China Ladder Beach, El Jarro Point, Davenport beach, Shark Fin Cove, Bonnie Doon Beach, Seven Mile Beach, Four Mile Beach, Fern Grotto Beach, Soquel Point, Seal Rock
- Capitola Pier, Seacliff Pier, and sunken SS Palo Alto now visible
V1.2 Release Notes:
- Removed some random water around Seabright and some other inland areas
v1.3 Release Notes:
- World Update XIII compatible, as functionality of Water Fixes was broken in SU12
