Nestled amongst the Alay Mountains, Sokh District is an exclave of Uzbekistan, completely surrounded by Kyrgzstan. Created in 1955, local legend holds that the territory was lost by a Kyrgyz Communist Party official in a card game with his Uzbek counterpart. In recent years, border tensions have sometimes led to the land routes between Sokh and the rest of Uzbekistan being closed, so it was decided to build an airport to facilitate transportation to the isolated region. Completed in October 2021, the new airport saw its first test-landing on November 1, and commercial flights commenced December 12 of that year. Commercial service is provided solely by Humo Air, an Uzbek state-owned budget airline that operates a route to and from the nearby city of Fergana (UTFF). Flights occur every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, departing Fergana at 10 AM local time and starting the return trip at noon, and are performed by venerable Antonov An-2 biplanes. A one-way ticket costs 150,000 Uzbek soums (less than $15 USD).
The runway is approximately 600 meters (2000 feet) in length, oriented 17/35. As you might expect, there are no runway lights, navigation aids, or ILS. This airport did not exist in Microsoft Flight Simulator prior to the creation of this addon. The assigned ICAO code, UTSO, is fictitious.

Awesome job. Thank you very much for making this scenery! A beautiful area of the world to fly in. I am having some strange flickering issue at the airport with the dirt below the apron. It seems to flicker in and out.

By flickering, do you mean it seems like the standard MSFS satellite imagery sometimes shows through instead of the aprons I've placed? I've seen this in my own sceneries as well as others, including some by major payware developers, so I think it might be a Flight Simulator issue. If I discover a solution I'll be sure to implement it and update the file.
